What else can I say besides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I live in Colorado, I’m 23 and just had some guy going 60mph hit me and total my 23 Kia Seltos S. I was having the hardest time finding something safe and affordable in my own state. I’ve had salesmen lie to me, try to cheat me, and sold cars I had an open application on. I was so relieved when the wonderful people at Kia of Cheyenne were willing to work with me despite my current situation not being the most ideal to buy a car right now. They were so understanding and helpful! I got the best deal on a 24 Kia sportage I could’ve ever asked for. Thank you so much to this team for making me feel welcome, understood and cared for! If you’re ever considering looking for a car do not look anywhere else! These people will work with you and take care of you! I couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative! They really turned the worst week of my life into a wonderful redeeming experience.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Kia of Cheyenne several times and I’m always treated with respect. Their service is quality and timely. Recalls as well as minor and major repairs have all been completed here with no issues. I also buy oil and air filters and drain plug crush washers here to ensure exact OEM quality and fit and I've never regretted it. I can’t speak for the sales department, but their service and parts department is excellent.

Kia of Cheyenne I must say has a bunch of very professional set if men and women who are very dedicated to what they do. I took in my Kia Sorento after what was described as an engine lock which meant replacing my whole engine. Bearing in mind the high cost of replacing ones engine I was told by Kia of Cheyenne to give them a few days to review my situation and get back to me. However they came back with the most amazing news of all when I was told that my engine had an extended warranty put in place by Kia which automatically meant my engine would be replaced at no cost at all. I would like to recommend Kia of Cheyenne to anyone having any problems with your Kia brand. Thank you all for your service and exceptional display of professionalism. Regards Alexander. B

Gregg and Marty in the service department were so wonderful! I came in totally stressed out about my car and they were very helpful. Sandra drove us to the airport to get a rental and she was lovely. Really nice dealership.

I worked with Ed Jones and the process was smooth and painless! Ed got everything prepared before I came in to sign everything and after an hour I was on my way with my new car!! Ed was fantastic to work with!

It’s not always easy to get an appointment. The online scheduler doesn’t seem to work and sometimes the phone rings until it hangs up and you have to call again. Once you get an appointment, it’s great. The employees are all very nice and friendly. I especially enjoyed the company of the two shuttle drivers that day. I did have to return the next day for an issue with my tires, but it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Hands down the best customer service all around. From the time I walked in July 2021 to every time I go in for an oil change or maintenance or buying a new car, Everyone is smiling asking if I need anything, and making Sure I leave with a smile! I’d like to specifically say thank you to Ed Jones and Will Jones for ALWAYS being there for Anything I need:)

Our salesman, Ed Jones, is very knowledgeable and helpful post sale. He is available to provide service evenings and weekends. We purchased a Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It is an awesome car. I recommend this dealership.

The service experience itself has always been great. The shuttle service not so much. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad sometimes. If you're in a hurry or trying to keep a schedule it would be much easier and less stressful to get an Uber instead.

The service department is exceptional! Even during construction they provided a customer lounge. Always taking good care of me and my Kia! Marty and Will are always answering my questions and great to work with!

Every time I buy a new vehicle or get service done at Kia of Cheyenne the process is quick and painless. I always get offered transportation when I drop off my car for service and have been picked up from work after hours to make sure I had my car the next day.

Ed took great care of me and made the process painless. He listened to what I wanted in a car and budget, showed me different options in vehicles and got my payment where I wanted it. We did all of it online and I showed up and signed papers and drove it home. He patiently showed me all the bells and whistles and has been quick to answer my texts when I have questions. Its like getting the keys to the Starship Enterprise 😁 Would highly recommend Mr Jones for your car buying needs.
