The people in the parts department were very helpful. They were able to understand the parts we needed for our Sorento's skid plate from our less than technical description. We were helped immediately and we did not have an appointment! When we are ready to get our next Kia we are definitely going to Kia of Cheyenne!

Asked me about all the services and reassured me that everything was gonna be good. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe this time. I have owned four KIA's over the past 17 years and I have been very happy with them. So I have switched gears a little with this recent purchase, and I am happy with this choice. I do however have a big concern with one of your service department personnel and believe he is a detrement to your dealership. I am not sure of his name, but he is a bearded gentleman and he is very brash and not at all kind when talking to him.

Went in for regular service, very friendly staff. Shuttle took me home. Driver was very courteous. I was called about what else was needed, kept informed of what was going on. Driver that picked me up was also very courteous. Checking out was quick. Love the remodel.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Kia of Cheyenne several times and I’m always treated with respect. Their service is quality and timely. Recalls as well as minor and major repairs have all been completed here with no issues. I also buy oil and air filters and drain plug crush washers here to ensure exact OEM quality and fit and I've never regretted it. I can’t speak for the sales department, but their service and parts department is excellent.

Gregg and Marty in the service department were so wonderful! I came in totally stressed out about my car and they were very helpful. Sandra drove us to the airport to get a rental and she was lovely. Really nice dealership.
