Although it takes time to get your vehicle in at Kia they do a great job in the end! I’d like to thank Marty for taking the time to actually explain to me why my vehicle needed what it did! Instead of saying that’s what it says as one employee did say.

The people in the parts department were very helpful. They were able to understand the parts we needed for our Sorento's skid plate from our less than technical description. We were helped immediately and we did not have an appointment! When we are ready to get our next Kia we are definitely going to Kia of Cheyenne!

I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe this time. I have owned four KIA's over the past 17 years and I have been very happy with them. So I have switched gears a little with this recent purchase, and I am happy with this choice. I do however have a big concern with one of your service department personnel and believe he is a detrement to your dealership. I am not sure of his name, but he is a bearded gentleman and he is very brash and not at all kind when talking to him.
